130 m2 of space on the 1st floor, the entire floor is rented with the dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, terrace and jacuzzi.

Jacuzzi for private use and with hot water (in winter) and natural water (in summer)

House of historical interest and protected area, it is a house located in the oldest part of the town, where there was a wall, a church,... stone buildings... a very exclusive area where, being a city, all the neighbors know each other and there is a lot of peace and quiet, this is what we will try to preserve together, the people who make up this community of neighbors are very pleasant, we always greet anyone who passes us , so we will surely receive guests on several occasions, if they are on foot, they say “very good morning” or “very good afternoon” from the people who pass them.
